Yankees fan gets removed from seats after interfering with Mookie Betts
A New York Yankees fan was removed from his seat during Game 4 of the World Series at Yankee Stadium in the Bronx, N.Y., on Tuesday night after interfering with a player.
The visiting Los Angeles Dodgers were leading 2-0 against the Yankees in the bottom of the first inning and leadoff batter Gleyber Torres was up. Torres hit a ball down the right field line that went into foul territory. Dodgers right fielder Mookie Betts went over to make the catch and was interfered with by a fan, who tried to rip the ball out of Betts’ glove.
"Well, A for effort."

Torres was called out due to Betts’ catch, and the fan was still charged with interference, so he was removed from his seat.

Some fans appreciated the fight the fan had shown by trying to rip the ball out of Betts’ glove. Maybe that fan sparked the Yankees to turn it around and hit a grand slam a few innings later.
