Well we knew that Raphael and Donatello enjoying the best seats in the house at Yankee Stadium probably wasn’t going without some public recognition.
During Thursday’s 8-5 win over the Astros, the Yankees flashed the following message on the video board showing love to John Oliver’s recent stunt that saw two fans dressed as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles seated behind home plate in their season opener, per Danny Knobler of Bleacher Report.

Game recognize game. Oliver, the host of HBO’s “Last Week Tonight,” pulled off the prank to protest the team’s new and more stringent ticket policy that will largely serve to shut the average fan out of premium seating in Yankee Stadium.
Not only did he stick it to the Man and win, but he even got the Man to give him a round of applause for doing so. John Oliver is a true American legend, ladies and gentlemen.
