The return of the NBA does not seem close, but it seems we have a clearer idea of what commissioner Adam Silver is after in order to resume the season.
On a conference call with President Trump and other commissioners, Silver said he is waiting for the approval of public health experts before restarting the season, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.

It’s the right thing to do, but we don’t know when that will be. The current pandemic shows no signs of slowing down, and it could be several months before it’s even safe to play without fans. President Trump clearly wants sports to return as quickly as possible, but ultimately, the decision is not his.
