Anthony Davis’s iconic unibrow is no more according to an interestingly edited video he shared on Twitter.
On Wednesday, the New Orleans Pelicans star asked his Twitter followers to determine the future of his brow. The voting was close, but in the end, the side backing a shave just barely won out.

Davis is both a man of the people and a man of his word, and on Saturday, he posted the visual evidence.

The video cut away just as he was about to shave, so it’s unclear if he really did it or if those were some camera tricks. The Red Bull towel and promotion of the razor also raise suspicion that this could be an elaborate ad.
It’s been a long time since Davis’ unibrow first went viral. In fact, it’s slightly jarring to see him without it, and it’ll take some getting used to.
Davis is averaging 28 points and 11 rebounds per game since the start of March. If those numbers drop, you have to wonder if The Brow will make a quick return to prominence.
