Caitlin Clark got it going during one stretch in Sunday’s 2026 WNBA All-Star Game at United Center in Chicago, Ill., leaving Paige Bueckers wondering if the Indiana Fever star was on a mission to win the event’s major award.
Clark showed off her incredible range when she drained two shots in a row from way downtown, which elicited a hilarious reaction from Dallas Wings star Bueckers.
“You going for MVP? Damn!” Bueckers told Clark after the latter pulled up from several feet beyond the 3-point line and made the shot.

But neither Clark nor Bueckers ended up winning All-Star MVP, which ultimately went to New York Liberty star Jonquel Jones, who simply had a bigger impact on the floor than either guard.
Jones, Clark’s teammate with Team Spoon, had a huge double-double of 22 points and 13 rebounds, while shooting 8/17 from the floor and 4/11 from deep off the bench to help her side win the contest, 129-122.
Clark, meanwhile, scored 17 points, but was just 6/17 from the field and 5/15 from behind the arc. As for Bueckers, she had 12 points on 5/11 shooting for Team Coop.
