There was a scary moment during the Harlem Globetrotters’ tour of Central America when a basketball hoop collapsed and fell on one of the players.
The Globetrotters were doing their usual tricks when Bull Bullard went up to throw down an alley-oop pass off the backboard. He hung on the rim after the dunk, causing the basket to fall down on top of him and the backboard to shatter.
Per the YouTube description, the incident took place at Nacional de Ingenieros Coliseum in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, and Bullard is okay.
