Brandon Armstrong back again with priceless Kobe Bryant impression (Video)
The undisputed king of NBA player impersonations is at again. Former New Jersey Net Brandon Armstrong continued his impressive run of basketball impressions on Monday, posting a new video to his Twitter account. Today’s subject? None other than one Mr. Kobe Bean Bryant.

Absolutely exquisite. The contested jumpers launched over the outstretched arms of four defenders. The brilliant footwork and the gravity-defying fadeaways. The trademark jersey chew. Mamba to a “T”. A splitting image.
The 35-year-old Armstrong, who was drafted 23rd overall in the 2001 NBA Draft before several stints in the D-League and overseas, continues to own Basketball Twitter with these golden impersonations.
First, there was the Russell Westbrook one. Then, Armstrong busted out some James Harden, Tim Duncan, and Tony Allen. And now, the Black Mamba. Armstrong is on an absolute roll right now and oh, what I would give to see him do an impersonation of Dirk Nowitzki’s one-legged fallaways next.
We’ll see if Bryant can live up to the impression next season as he plays more out of position.
As for Armstrong, this is a guy who was drafted ahead of the likes of Gerald Wallace, Tony Parker, and Gilbert Arenas. Now, it looks like he’s finally starting to live up the billing.
