Less than a week after being traded to the Toronto Raptors as part of the Pascal Siakam trade, veteran Bruce Brown appears more popular than ever.
Brown is the subject of huge trade interest, according to Chris Haynes in an appearance on the “#thisleague UNCUT” podcast. According to Haynes, the Raptors will have no problem having their demands met on the market, as Brown is such a popular trade candidate.
“Toronto won’t have any problem getting what they want in return. Bruce Brown is that hot of a trade candidate.

Brown is not a superstar, but he is the type of player a lot of organizations covet. He was a key cog in the Denver Nuggets’ title run last season, which he parlayed into a $22 million free agent deal with a team option for next season. That contract may be a stumbling point for certain teams, but does not appear to be hurting his market.
The Raptors are headed for a rebuild, so nobody expects them to keep Brown. The veteran has already hinted at having very strong interest in playing for one team in particular.
