The Los Angeles Clippers are still not sure when they’ll be getting guard Avery Bradley back.
Bradley has been sidelined by a nagging sports hernia injury, and the team doesn’t have a return date for him. Coach Doc Rivers admitted concern over the injury, which has been a factor for much of the season.
“We are concerned,” Rivers said, via Broderick Turner of the Los Angeles Times. “We’ve got to go through the right stuff and make sure he’s in a good place with his health. I think we’re going to send him to a doctor and let him check and see.”
Bradley has not played since Feb. 14. It appears likely that he’ll miss at least two weeks as part of this latest spell on the sidelines. Perhaps the Clippers will wish they’d have traded the free agent-to-be when they had the chance.
