Cousins signed a team-friendly deal with the Golden State Warriors last year hoping to prove himself after recovering from a torn Achilles, but he then tore his quad muscle at the start of the playoffs. While he returned after a few weeks, teams are obviously concerned about his injury history. At least one team has also shied away from Cousins because of his reputation for being difficult to handle.
It’s somewhat surprising that Cousins has not found a home yet given his enormous potential. Perhaps his new agent can help take care of that.
