Two days after making controversial comments about sitting out games to protect his health, Derrick Rose left a Chicago Bulls game with an injury.
Rose looked good while scoring 20 points and dishing four assists in 30 minutes of the Bulls’ 100-93 win Thursday night over the Toronto Raptors. Late in the fourth quarter, Rose drove the lane and lost the ball in the paint as he went to the ground with an injury. He left the game after the play.
Rose was said to be in good spirits after the game and described the hamstring injury as “minor”:
Rose said its "cramps" in his hamstring after "overstepping" and calls injury "minor."
