Donovan Mitchell to undergo further testing for sore foot
Donovan Mitchell exited the Utah Jazz’s season-ending loss to the Houston Rockets in the fourth quarter on Tuesday night with an injury that the team provided little information about.
TV replays showed Mitchell hobbling after bumping knees with James Harden in the fourth quarter of Game 5, but the Jazz said after the game that Mitchell had foot soreness and that X-rays were negative. They say he will undergo further testing in Salt Lake City after the team returns home from Houston.
Per Jazz PR, Donovan Mitchell (left foot soreness), x-rays negative. Will undergo further tests in Salt Lake City.
