The Golden State Warriors are finally putting something akin to a date on Draymond Green’s return.
According to coach Steve Kerr, Green is likely to return early next week, having only played twice since Nov. 5 thanks to a nagging toe issue.
Kerr said there’s “a good chance” Green will play early next week. Could be first game back.

The Warriors host the Minnesota Timberwolves next Monday, which looks to be the optimistic target. Failing that, it sounds like he has a good shot of being ready for the Toronto Raptors on Wednesday. He’s already been all but ruled out of the team’s current road trip that concludes Friday.
Green’s production was down to 6.9 points per game when healthy this year, though the Warriors have been in flux. His return will make them largely healthy.
