Report: Dwight Howard hires Shaq’s agent, may do commercials together
Dwight Howard and Shaquille O’Neal have been at odds before, but they are reportedly going to be on the same team now.
According to Shams Charania of The Vertical, Howard has hired Perry Rogers, O’Neal’s agent, to represent him going forward.
O’Neal had extensive discussions with Howard before the hire recommending him and spoke about the marketing potential of Howard’s “Superman” moniker, and there is the possibility that Howard and O’Neal could appear in ads together.
This is an interesting partnership because O’Neal has been an outspoken critic of Howard’s for a long, long time. Now that they’re joining forces, it will be interesting to see how they get on from this point forward.
Howard recently parted ways with his former agent, Dan Fegan.
