The Golden State Warriors held Glenn Robinson III and Alec Burks out of their game against the Brooklyn Nets on Wednesday in anticipation of a possible trade. That deal went through much later in the evening.
Robinson III and Burks are being traded to the Philadelphia 76ers for three second-round draft picks, according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.
The Warriors are getting the following picks:

– 2020 second-round via Dallas
– 2021 second-round pick via Denver
– 2022 second-round pick via Toronto
A former second-round pick, Robinson is averaging 12.9 points and 4.7 rebounds per game this season on 48.1 percent shooting. The 26-year-old played 10 games for Philly back in the 2014-2015 season.
Burks, 28, is averaging a career-high 16.1 points per game this season.
Philly is tied with Indiana for the fifth-best record in the East at 31-20. They’re looking to keep up with the teams ahead of them, like Miami, Boston, Toronto and Milwaukee.
