You’re not going to see too many shots this season that can top the basket John Wall made on Friday night. Late in the third quarter of the Washington Wizards-Chicago Bulls game, Washington got a steal and passed the ball ahead to John Wall, who went 1-on-1 against Mike Dunleavy. Dunleavy fouled Wall to stop the ball and prevent the basket, but Wall threw up a backwards shot anyway, and it went in. As if that wasn’t enough, Wall made his free throw to complete the 3-point play.
Wall finished with 23 points and 11 assists in the 96-93 win, which brought the Wizards to 19-19 for the season.
