Kemba Walker reportedly avoids serious injury in collision
The injury news on Kemba Walker appears to be positive so far.
Walker was taken off the court on a stretcher after running into teammate Semi Ojeleye during the second quarter of Boston’s 96-92 loss to the Denver Nuggets. There was speculation that he had a neck injury, but the Celtics said the point guard was diagnosed with concussion-like symptoms.
ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski reported that Walker did not suffer a significant injury.

Celtics coach Brad Stevens said the testing Walker underwent yielded good results and that the guard seemed to be in good spirits.
Stevens says scans Kemba went through at halftime yielded good results and he saw him at halftime in ambulance and he was in good spirits.

This is all excellent news after the situation seemed extremely serious at first.
