Kevin Durant did it once again.
For the second straight year, Durant hit a deep 3-pointer to help the Golden State Warriors take out the Cleveland Cavaliers in the NBA Finals. This time he extended the Warriors’ lead to 106-100 with under a minute to go in Game 3 with a three-pointer from long range.

That was a fitting way for Durant to deliver a dagger, not just because it was so similar to what he did last year. Durant was also the Warriors’ best player in the game. He made 15 of 23 shots, all seven of his free throws, and six threes for a playoff career-high 43 points.
