Kevin Durant limped off the court after suffering a non-contact injury in Game 5 of the Western Conference semifinals between his Golden State Warriors and the Houston Rockets on Wednesday night.
Durant had just made a shot to put Golden State up 68-65 with just under two minutes to go in the third quarter. As he turned up court after making his shot, he looked down at his leg, feeling something was wrong. He then began limping.

The TNT broadcasting crew talked about how Durant’s injury seemed similar to the description of the experience people who tear their Achilles’ tendon have, though they cautioned to say there was no information yet on the injury.
Rudy Gay, who has suffered a torn Achilles’ tendon injury, said he didn’t think that was the case here.
Praying for KD. Although I don’t think it’s what we think. Hopefully
