New Lakers have priceless reaction when asked Kobe Bryant question (Video)
The Los Angeles Lakers on Wednesday held a press conference to introduce three of their new players: Roy Hibbert, Lou Williams, and Brandon Bass. The trio, coupled with the team’s new draft picks, will help to usher in a new era for the team following the worst season in franchise history. But one thing they will need to work on first is team chemistry.
There was a great moment during the news conference when the new players were asked if they had heard from Kobe Bryant. Hibbert shook his head to say no in a humorous fashion, while Williams and Bass turned and looked to see if their new teammates had. It was pretty clear Kobe had not reached out to the players. However, as Jordan Hill humorously indicated, that should all change once the team gets together.
At least we know one thing for certain: Bass appears to be optimistic about playing with Bryant.
Brandon Bass: "I just thought it was a great opportunity to play with one of the greatest to play the game (Kobe Bryant)."

We all know Kobe’s M.O. anyway; the man has said he’s not too concerned about being a great friend.
