Lance Stephenson limped off the court during the Los Angeles Lakers’ game against the New Orleans Pelicans with some sort of leg or foot issue.
Stephenson had just done a jump ball early in the fourth quarter and then may have tweaked something as he was running. He went down to the floor and called for the team to replace him.

X-rays turned up negative. Lakers reporter Bill Oram says Stephenson has a sprained toe.
Whatever the Lakers do tonight, it will be without Lance Stephenson. He has a sprained second toe on his left foot. X-rays were negative.
