LeBron James went down in a ton of pain after landing hard following a big dunk attempt in the final seconds of Game 7 on Sunday night.
James went up for a dunk and was defended by Draymond Green. He was stretching so far and so high that he went down hard:

James was down in pain for a while put gathered himself to go to the free throw line, where he went 1-for-2 to help make it a two-possession game and eventually give the Cavs the win!
