The Cleveland Cavaliers are being linked to all sorts of players as the trade deadline looms a few weeks away, and even LeBron James has noticed.
James responded to a tweet from NBATV’s J.E. Skeets joking about the volume of players Cleveland has been linked to in recent days — and he seems to find the whole set of rumors pretty funny.
The Cavaliers are pursuing separate deals for Larry Bird, Magic Johnson, Shaq, Jesus Shuttlesworth and Air Bud in advance of the Feb. 8 trade deadline, according to my sources.
