Watch: Malcolm Brogdon slips out of his Nike shoes during game
It’s been a rough 24 hours for the Nike basketball shoe brand.
A day after Zion Williamson tore through his Nike shoes during Duke’s game against UNC, Malcolm Brogdon slipped out of his Nike shoes during the Milwaukee Bucks’ game against the Boston Celtics.
Brogdon was getting ready to drive to the basket early in the fourth quarter when he slipped out of his right shoe and had to pass the ball to a teammate.

TNT almost immediately played the clip of Williamson’s shoe exploding, sensing there were similarities between the two situations.
In truth, this is nothing new for Brogdon. His shoe has come off during a game multiple times, including in December also against the Celtics.
This tweet seems to perfectly sum things up and it was from 2012!
Does Malcolm Brogdon's shoe come off more than any college basketball player? #askTwitter
