Markieff Morris blasts JJ Barea
Markieff Morris did not hide his feelings about J.J. Barea during an expletive-filled rant on Wednesday.
Following Monday’s game between the Wizards and Mavericks, Barea and John Wall got into a war of words via the media. Barea questioned if Wall’s teammates like him and Wall called Barea a “midget.”
On Wednesday, a couple of Wizards players were asked about what transpired between Wall and Barea. Morris was not shy about saying what was on his mind. Check out Morris’ comments below.
(1/2) #Wizards F Markieff Morris had a very colorful response to Mavericks' J.J. Barea's comments that teammates didn't like John Wall.

(2/2) Morris on Barea's comments on John Wall: "He don’t even know us. Like how do you know if we like him or not? What is he talking about. (Expletive) J.J. I heard he was a good dude but you know, you come at my teammate – (expletive) him. Straight like that.”

When I initially tried asking about Barea's comments, Markieff Morris cut off the question:
"Man, (expletive) J.J. Barea! What the (expletive) is he talkin’ about? The (expletive) I care about what J.J. Barea said. (Expletive) J.J. Barea. He ain’t a part of this team."

This isn’t the first time Morris has gone off to the media. Last May, he voiced his displeasure with a Bleacher Report article ranking the NBA’s power forwards.
It’s safe to say Barea hasn’t earned himself many friends in the Wizards’ locker room with his comments about the franchise’s star player.
