Michael Jordan crying meme makes Jeopardy!
We are truly living in a new age when Michael Jordan makes it on “Jeopardy!” not for his on-court accomplishments, but for his infamous meme.
On Wednesday night’s edition of the show, MJ was the subject of a clue about his crying meme.

Jordan was inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame in 2009. He cried at different points during his induction speech, but it wasn’t until three years later that someone used a photo of him crying as a meme that things really took off.
8 years ago tonight, Michael Jordan delivered his HOF speech, then he cried…
Then it gave us a meme that would last a lifetime… pic.twitter.com/00RDQH2Xtx

After that, people began taking a cutout of Jordan’s crying face and Photoshopping it onto the faces of others to signify shame or embarrassment (like here).
Incredibly, the athlete best identified with winning during his playing career, is now the face of losing and disappointment.
