Nick Young came to Los Angeles Lakers practice a little more chipper on Wednesday than usual. That’s because he had the day wrong and was celebrating not being traded at the deadline.

The deadline didn’t pass until Thursday afternoon, but the result was the same for Swaggy: he wasn’t traded. The Lakers did not make any moves. But the good news is he’s thrilled to remain with the Lakers. And compared to some of the mean things Scott has said about Young in the past, this was actually tame.
