Patrick Beverley will undergo minor knee surgery next week and is expected to miss around three weeks, according to a report.

Beverley had missed the past four preseason games for the Houston Rockets due to his left knee and was not expected to play in the team’s regular season opener.
New Rockets head coach Mike D’Antoni was planning to start Beverley alongside James Harden in the backcourt, but that will change. Houston is likely to use a combination of Eric Gordon and K.J. McDaniels along with Harden.
