Patrick Mahomes showed up to a local gym in Kansas on Monday night and played in what appeared to be a pickup game. Watch as he works through a double team to cook the defense with a spin move and layup:

According to the person who shared the video on Twitter, Mahomes was playing at the Life Time Fitness in Overland Park, Kansas.
Mahomes was a star athlete in high school, excelling at football, baseball and basketball. Did you expect anything less from the league MVP?
