Paul George showed everyone on Wednesday that he has some pretty incredible shooting range … and he did it all by accident.
George was thrown off by the shot clock which didn’t reset during an Indiana Pacers possession against the Detroit Pistons late in the game. Because the clock hadn’t reset, he thought he needed to fire off a shot from where he was standing. So George ended up bombing a 3-pointer from nearly midcourt, and it went in like no big deal.
George led the Pacers with 27 points, 13 rebounds and 7 assists. He was 4-for-10 on 3-pointers.
