New Utah Jazz head coach Quin Snyder flipped out on his team Tuesday night and drew his first technical foul of the season, but at least his actions helped his team.
Snyder saw his team down by double digits against the Oklahoma City Thunder and was not happy with his players’ efforts. He went off and started yelling at his players, and that sparked them to start playing harder.
“I was just frustrated,” Snyder said via the Salt Lake Tribune. “I don’t plan on doing that very often, but we had no energy. I just got frustrated. I’m glad my team responded.”
The Jazz responded to Snyder and rebounded from a 17-point deficit to win 98-81.
