Report: Rockets expected to aggressively pursue Jimmy Butler
The Houston Rockets appear to need a change, and they may have just the free agent in mind to help them with that much.
Brian Smith of the Houston Chronicle reported on Tuesday that the Rockets are expected to aggressively pursue four-time All-Star Jimmy Butler.
Rockets are expected to pursue Butler and be aggressive in their pursuit. Seen as an ideal fit on both ends of court, and in helping push Rockets to the top of the wide-open West.

Butler also added fuel to the fire by posting to his Instagram Story on the very same day that he was in Houston.

Butler, who will turn 30 later this year, is coming off a season where he put up 18.7 points, 5.3 rebounds, and 4.0 assists per game between the Minnesota Timberwolves and the Philadelphia 76ers. He will reportedly be declining his $19.1 million player option with Philly for 2019-20.
The Rockets are facing some bombshell reports about their team chemistry right now, and Butler, an elite two-way talent but a mercurial player in his own right, may or may not be the solution for them.
