There were plenty of people who could not wait to unload on Skip Bayless after LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers shocked the Golden State Warriors on Sunday night, including several of the “First Take” host’s coworkers. One of them was Scott Van Pelt.
While some ripped Bayless on Twitter (read the tweets here), Van Pelt took a more subtle shot at Skip during “SportsCenter” after Game 7.

Is there really any doubt that he was referring to Skip?
Believe it or not, Bayless is still sticking to his LeBron hating even after he led the Cavs in one of the most remarkable comebacks in NBA playoff history. He immediately began stumping for Kyrie Irving to win NBA Finals MVP after Cleveland won. Skip also said another Western Conference team would have beaten the Cavs.
If you know Skip, you shouldn’t be surprised. The more people he pisses off the happier he is.
