Stephen A. Smith delivers his favorite message to D’Angelo Russell
D’Angelo Russell was arrested for trying to smuggle marijuana through an airport earlier this week, and you know Stephen A. Smith was at the top of the list of people who were waiting to rip the Brooklyn Nets star over it.
Among the many things Smith is known for is the way he ridicules athletes for getting caught smoking or carrying weed. In his typical flamboyant style, the ESPN personality urges them to “STAY OFF THE WEED” on live television. He went all-out delivering that same message to Russell.

Here are some more examples of Smith throwing around one of his favorite phrases:

The way Russell got caught was probably the best part of his arrest. Smith is right that he should stay off the weed, but at the very least he should be smart enough to not transport it through an airport using a fake beverage container.
