Steph Curry drained a game-winning 3-pointer with under three seconds left to lift the Golden State Warriors to a 98-97 win over the visiting Orlando Magic in Oakland on Tuesday night.
Elfrid Payton had just missed a layup that could have made it a 2-possession game prior to Curry’s game-winner.
Curry had 22 points in what was an off shooting night for him — he was just 3-for-9 on threes, but he made the one that mattered. The guy was so calm it looked like he knew it was going in the entire time.
Stephen Curry told KNBR he was shooting the 3-pointer and realized the Warriors were only trailing by two points.

Warriors coach Steve Kerr said after the game that he didn’t call a timeout because Curry in the open floor could get a better shot than any play they could set. Smart man.
