Steve Kerr and the Golden State Warriors continue to discuss his future, but one outcome may be growing more likely.
The Warriors and Kerr have had positive and constructive discussions that will continue Monday, according to Brett Siegel of ClutchPoints. While those discussions are not final, there is said to be an increasing chance of Kerr returning as coach for another season.

There are still hurdles to cross this week, but the chances of Kerr returning has grown.
While the outcome remains uncertain, there does appear to be a mutual desire to bring Kerr back. One issue the two sides likely need to talk through is where the organization is at in terms of contending, which is why one upcoming date may loom large.
Kerr’s contract is up this summer, and he has been open about the fact that he might not be back. The Warriors are coming off a 37-45 season, prompting questions about whether the partnership has run its course and whether it might be best for one or both sides to move on.
Kerr does appear to have one clear option on this plate if he does not return as coach next season.
