Thunder fan from incident is Stuart Scaramucci, son of owner
The so-called “fan” at the center of an incident that resulted in a $25,000 fine for Patrick Beverley isn’t actually some anonymous fan.
ESPN identified the man who got involved with Beverley as Stuart Scaramucci, the son of Oklahoma City Thunder minority owner, Jay Scaramucci.
Scaramucci got into it with Beverley during Game 3 of the playoff series, and the Houston Rockets guard sought the man out after the game. It’s believed that that exchange is what resulted in the fine.
The man, Scaramucci, seems to be trying to stir things up with other Houston players as much as possible. His antics continued in Game 4 on Sunday:
Same fan who heckled Beverley back in his seat again. I've been keeping an eye on him on and off. He has something to say to every Rocket.

Beverley shouldn’t be going after individual fans after games, but it sounds like Scaramucci crossed the line with him. Here’s what Beverley said about it.
