Thunder livid with Reggie Jackson over celebration
Reggie Jackson went a little too hard celebrating the Detroit Pistons’ win over the Oklahoma City Thunder on Tuesday night, and his former teammates are not happy about it.
Jackson may have only scored 13 points and gone 4-for-15 from the field in Detroit’s 88-82 win, but he celebrated his team’s win as if they had just clinched a playoff berth:

No doubt Jackson was happy to have the upper hand against his former team. But his celebration certainly rubbed his ex-teammates the wrong way.
Russell Westbrook said he didn’t “like it at all” and said the Thunder would “see him down the line.”

Center Steven Adams said he took a mental note of Jackson’s antics:

That OKC was playing without Kevin Durant and Serge Ibaka probably did not matter much to Jackson, who left his former team on bad terms (here’s the backstory). He was obviously pumped to snap OKC’s eight-game winning streak.
The beef between Jackson and the Thunder has been brewing since he was dealt midway through last season. Earlier this season, Jackson was caught on video cursing out a Thunder fan (watch here).
Jackson’s behavior should not come as a surprise. Neither should the Thunder’s reaction.
