Oklahoma City Thunder head coach Billy Donovan was not happy with Russell Westbrook over the former MVP’s shot selection on Saturday night.
The Thunder lost 105-98 to the Denver Nuggets and had an off night all around. They shot 35.9 percent as a team, 23.1 percent on threes, and 65.2 percent on free throws.
Westbrook was particularly bad, as he went 6/23 from the field, including 1 of 12 on threes. Donovan gave some polite criticism of Westbrook.
Billy Donovan on Westbrook's 3's down the stretch: "I'm sure like any guy on our team, there's gonna be shots you wish you could have back and take different(ly). Some of the threes were good, and to be honest with you, some of them were not good."

Westbrook is a shooter and prone to these kinds of nights. Donovan seems to recognize that you just need to deal with it on occasion.
