Watch: Trae Young ejected for staring down Kris Dunn
A mini-rivalry erupted Sunday between Atlanta Hawks guard Trae Young and Chicago Bulls guard Kris Dunn, and it ended with Young being ejected.
Dunn initially confronted Young in the first quarter after the Hawks guard hoisted up a shot after a timeout, and a brief scuffle ensued.

Both Young and Dunn were assessed technical fouls for the incident, which set the stage for what happened early in the third quarter. Young hit a three over Dunn and stared him down for a long moment after the shot went in. This was adjudged to be taunting, and Young was ejected for collecting his second technical foul of the game.

There is precedent for getting a technical foul for taunting, but this looked pretty tame. Unfortunately for Young, the referees were clearly on alert for further incidents between Dunn and himself and decided to take action when he gave them an opening.
