Twitter reacts to LeBron James reaching 8th straight NBA Finals
If you’ve been an NBA fan this decade, all you’ve ever known is LeBron James reaching the NBA Finals.
James’ Cleveland Cavaliers beat the Boston Celtics on the road in Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Finals on Sunday 87-79 to clinch the series and a berth into the NBA Finals. For James, this will be his eighth straight NBA Finals appearance, which is incredible. He made four in a row with Miami and has now reached four in a row with the Cavaliers.
After James’ Cavs won the game, Twitter reacted to LeBron’s unreal accomplishment.
What LeBron has done over the course of his career with the expectations that have been placed on him from such a young age is truly unbelievable.

Lebron is like Elway dragging those terrible bronco teams to the super bowl to get slaughtered LOL

Give LeBron a ton of credit for taking this group to the NBA Finals. Remarkable.

LeBron carrying this team to the NBA Finals is ridiculous. Nobody in the history of the game has done more by himself than him. Not even MJ. And I love MJ.

Can we please stop these debates about whether “whoever active player” is better than LeBron?

Bow down to the King

Incredible that LeBron brought this team to the Finals. But his eight straight Finals appearances is just as mind boggling, like something from another era.

Hate all you want, for whatever reason you want. His teams have made eight straight Finals. He is a great, all-time level player. Forget the stupid "who’s better?" arguments. @KingJames is great, period.

James has reached nine NBA Finals overall. They await the winner of the Houston Rockets-Golden State Warriors series.
