Tyrese Haliburton carried to locker room after scary leg injury
Indiana Pacers guard Tyrese Haliburton suffered a gruesome-looking injury Monday against the Boston Celtics.
Haliburton drove past Celtics guard Derrick White and slipped while trying to change directions. The Pacers star’s momentum resulted in him falling into an awkward split that left him writhing in pain.
The crowd at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Ind. fell silent as Haliburton’s teammates carried him into the Pacers’ locker room. He reportedly suffered a left hamstring strain.
