Watch: Video of LeBron James mural being vandalized surfaces
Famous Los Angeles area muralist Jonas Never was forced to paint over one of his remarkable pieces of artwork this week, and some surveillance footage shows the act that put him over the edge.
On Wednesday, Jonas Never covered his LeBron James mural in Venice, Calif., after it was vandalized for a second time. A surveillance camera from a nearby restaurant captured a man throwing a bucket of paint on it.

The mural was vandalized in more detail the first time, with someone mocking LeBron over his NBA Finals record and saying the Lakers don’t want him.
We knew there would be no shortage of strong opinions when LeBron signed with one of the most popular franchises in sports, but defacing a mural that an artist spent hours working on and went through the trouble of fixing once already is about as immature as it gets. It’s a shame Never was forced to erase his own hard work.
