Watch: Metta World Peace ejected from BIG3 game
Metta World Peace is picking up right where he left off in the NBA.
The retired swingman, who is now playing for the Killer 3s in Ice Cube’s BIG3 basketball league, was ejected from a game on Friday against the Trilogy team. World Peace let his frustration get the better of him after a whistle and punted the ball into space like Marquette King, leading to his ejection. He then waved to the crowd and high-fived fans as he made his way off the court.

The 38-year-old also stopped for a selfie on his way to the locker room.

World Peace last played in the NBA in the 2016-17 season and joined the BIG3 as a player last November. He also serves as the player development coach for the South Bay Lakers, the G-League affiliate of the Los Angeles Lakers.
The last time that we heard from the former All-Star World Peace, he was offering some thoroughly ridiculous takes on the state of the NBA. It’s good to know that he hasn’t changed one bit in retirement.
