Floyd Mayweather responds to 50 Cent in typical ‘Money’ fashion
Floyd Mayweather Jr. finally fired back at 50 Cent on Saturday following several days of criticism.
The saga between them started when 50 told Floyd he would donate $750,000 to the charity of Mayweather’s choice if the champ could read a single page of a Harry Potter book without struggling. An old audio recording from a radio show later surfaced that featured Mayweather struggling to read some promos for the station.
What does Money Mayweather have to say about all this? He posted the photo you see above on Instagram, which shows two paychecks he received from recent fights. Most of us will never see that many zeros on a check in our lives.
“Read this $72,276,000.00,” Mayweather wrote. “God bless.”
Floyd may struggle with reading, but his math is pretty good. He may lack certain skills that we learn in grade school, but Mayweather certainly knows how to make money. No one can deny that.
