Baylor star Lauren Cox taken off in wheelchair due to leg injury
Baylor lost one of their top players to injury during the National Championship Game against Notre Dame in Tampa on Sunday.
Forward Lauren Cox suffered a left leg injury while moving in the key on defense late in the third quarter. She seemed to have her left leg stepped on by teammate Kalani Brown and immediately went to the floor. Cox was grabbing her left knee.
The junior forward ended up being taken off the court in a wheelchair:

Cox is averaging 12.7 points and 8.2 rebounds per game. She had 8 points, 8 rebounds and 3 blocks in the game before getting hurt.
Cox later rejoined the team on crutches.

Though the team struggled without her, they hung on to win the title by beating Notre Dame 82-81.
