Texas Tech’s comeback win over Arkansas on Thursday night had the Red Raiders’ players so hyped that one of them dropped a curse word during his postgame interview.
Texas Tech rallied from down 16 to beat the Razorbacks 85-83 in overtime of their Sweet 16 NCAA Tournament game at Chase Center in San Francisco, Calif. Darrion Williams scored 20 points in the game and had the winning basket in overtime for Texas Tech. He was interviewed by Turner Sports’ Lauren Shehadi after the game and did not hold back.
“We gonna fight to the end. It don’t matter the score. We can be down 20, we gonna keep fighting. S–t, that’s a good dub,” Williams said.

Turner Sports edited the comments when they published the video on social media.
"We honestly believed the entire time we were gonna win the game."

Here is the unedited version of the video.
Texas Tech looked dead in the water before coming back. They were down 61-45 with just under 10 minutes left but kept chipping away. They were even down by 8 points with under 3 minutes left and still won. Williams made the 3-pointer to send the game to OT, and then he had the bucket that helped the Red Raiders win it.
Texas Tech will take on No. 1 seed Florida on Saturday with a Final Four berth on the line.
