Watch: Zion Williamson comes up limping after fall

Zion Williamson

Zion Williamson gave Duke fans some reason for concern early in the Blue Devils’ ACC Tournament semifinals game against North Carolina on Friday.

Williamson went up for a block attempt in the first half and landed awkwardly. He got up slowly and was limping, though he was able to make a layup on the other end. You can tell he was bothered because he signaled to his coaches for a substitution.

Williamson checked out briefly but later came back in. He must have been feeling well because he scored seven straight points for Duke later in the half to help close a deficit.

Williamson is in his second game back from his knee injury suffered in the first minute of the Duke-UNC game on Feb. 20.
