Kansas has proven little match for Baylor on the football field on Saturday, and no play illustrates that more than the Bears’ 410-pound offensive lineman turned tight end LaQuan McGowan rolling over a Jayhawks safety on the way to the end zone.
McGowan’s first catch of the season was a playaction touchdown catch that saw him deftly avoid the overwhelmed safety with quite the impressive skill set.

The phrase “rumbled into the end zone” comes to mind here, but that’s how it’s done. McGowan’s first career touchdown came during last year’s Cotton Bowl loss. With Baylor well on their way to victory, McGowan may well have fonder memories of this one.
