Pullman Radio News says police are investigating the incident as a potential misdemeanor assault.
The player’s number seems undecipherable based on that video, but there might be other cameras that were rolling around the stadium that could be used to identify the player.
USC head coach Clay Helton said Tuesday that there has been internal discipline for the incident.
